What is your Size & Calf Guide? +
The Julie Fit: The Julie was specifically engineered for us and designed in Italy; our sizing runs true to size. We recommend measuring the widest part of your calf while sitting down. Compare your measurement to our Size Guide below. If you’re within 0.5cm of the limit and/or plan to wear thick socks, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

*Calf measurements are taken at the widest part of the boot shaft. For the best experience, measure your calf while seated.
If I’m between sizes, should I size up or down? +
We're working on providing specific guidance for half-sizes. Stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, if you plan to wear thick socks, we generally recommend sizing up. The Julie features a hidden elastic gusset providing 1.75"–2" of additional stretch to accommodate your natural calf shape comfortably.

What is “No Chrome” Leather? +
"No Chrome" leather is a tanning process completely free of chrome and other heavy metals. This method reduces the environmental impact of leather production while maintaining high quality. This process is part of Poletto Leathers' "Healthy Leather" initiative, which is silver-rated and LWG Certified.
Shipping & Orders
Where is my order shipped from? +
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Canada and Italy. The shipping location is determined by item availability. Please allow sufficient time for delivery, especially for international shipments.
Returns
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on unworn boots in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Boots must show no signs of outdoor wear—please try them on on carpeted surfaces.
