Refund Policy

1. The Founder’s Batch (Special Terms)

Because this debut collection is offered at $285 CAD—which is significantly below our own production cost of $635 CAD—all sales from the Founder’s Batch are Final Sale.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for this collection.

  • Complimentary Size Exchanges: We want you to love your fit. We provide one complimentary size exchange per order, including a prepaid return shipping label, provided the desired size is in stock.

  • Transparency First: By purchasing, you acknowledge the "Artisanal Character" (minor natural variations) of this first run. (Click Here to View the Founder's Batch Transparency Note.)

2. Standard Returns (Full-Priced Items)

For future collections or items purchased at full retail price, RŌUNE accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Refunds: A flat-rate fee of $15 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover shipping and handling.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, boots must be in their original, unworn condition. Please try on your boots on a carpeted surface only; we cannot accept returns on boots with scuffed soles, creases, or scratches.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Request Authorization: Email hello@roune.ca with your order number.

  2. Receive Your Label: Our team will send you a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label within 1 business day.

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack your boots and drop the package off at the carrier location provided on your prepaid label.

4. Processing & Timeline

Once your return reaches our team, please allow 10 business days for inspection.

  • Approved Returns: Funds will be issued to your original form of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay).

  • Denied Returns: If an item is returned with scuffed soles or visible wear, the item will be sent back to you and the refund will be denied.
