Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all full-priced items for orders within Canada. Orders placed with discounted or promotional pricing are subject to shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Every pair of UNE boots are handled with care.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping Schedule: Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend and holidays, will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Volume Delays: During high-volume periods, shipments may be slightly delayed. If your order faces a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly via email or phone.

Tracking Your Journey

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Damages & Shipping Issues

While RŌUNE is not directly liable for products lost or damaged during transit, we are committed to ensuring you have a seamless experience.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods.

  • Contact us immediately at hello@roune.ca so we can assist you in filing a formal claim with the shipment carrier.

Service Area

RŌUNE currently ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to the United States at this time.

Address Accuracy & Refused Delivery

We make every effort to validate shipping addresses at checkout. If an address appears invalid, we will reach out to you for an update. If we do not hear back, the order will be canceled and refunded. Please note that RŌUNE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout that cannot be recovered.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours:

We will promptly file a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, involve local law enforcement to resolve the matter. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to conclude. Once finalized, your order will be replaced or refunded accordingly.
