Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

We strive to process and ship your RŌUNE boots as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please email hello@roune.ca within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

Pre-Order Cancellations

For items purchased on pre-order, you may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. After this window, the order is committed to production and will follow our standard return process once received.
